RFQ Details

1. SPECIFICATIONS FOR SHREDDED SCRAP
ISRI 211
Homogeneous Iron & Steel Scrap magnetically separated, originating from automobiles, unprepared No. 1 & No. 2 steel conforming to U.S. ISRI: 211 only with average density not below 70 lb per cubic foot. The scrap shall be free of dirt, non-ferrous metals, foreign materials of any kind & excessive rust & corrosion as provided under ISRI specifications.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR NEW PRODUCTION COMPRESSED STEEL SHEET AUTO / INDUSTRIAL BALES
(Size 450x450x450 mm Max.)
Similar to 4A Quality Auto Bundles
New production compressed steel sheet (less than 3 mm thick) bales, in works furnace sizes, free from all coat like tinned, galvanized, enameled & deleterious material. Free from Aluminum and tin coated sheet/ Bundle. Tightly baled & free from loose material. Phosphorous should not be exceeded 0.020%.

3. SPECIFICATIONS FOR HEAVY MELTING SCRAP (HMS-1)
As per ISRI 201
Maximum size should not exceed 3 Feet. The Scrap shall be free from dirt, non-ferrous metals, foreign materials of any kind & excessive rust & corrosion.
Cast Iron & Cast Steel : 3% (max)
